Learn how to manage team members, organization workspaces, credit usage tracking, and billing subscriptions in Niravai.

Managing your team and generation credits effectively is key to scaling your product photography workflow in Niravai.

1. Organization Workspaces & Roles

Every photoshoot asset, product catalog entry, and API key belongs to an Organization Workspace.

Managing Workspace Settings

Navigate to Organization Settings (/org/settings) to:

• Update your Organization Name and branding details.
• View your Organization ID (org_...), which can be passed in API requests via the x-org-id header.

Inviting Team Members

Navigate to Members (/org/members) to manage team access:

1. Click + Invite Member (/org/members/invite).
2. Enter your teammate's email address and assign a workspace role:
   • Admin: Full permissions to manage billing, API keys, team members, and photoshoots.
   • Member: Permissions to create products, launch AI Studio sessions, and export visual assets.
3. Pending invitations can be tracked or revoked from the Members dashboard.

2. Credit System & Usage Tracking

AI Studio generations consume Generation Credits based on resolution, number of rendered items, and AI model complexity.

Credit Overview

Navigate to Credits (/org/credits) to monitor your workspace balance:

• Total Balance: Active credits available for launching new photoshoots.
• Total Granted: Historical credits added to your account via grants or subscription plans.
• Total Spent: Total credits consumed across all AI Studio sessions.

Usage History Log

The Usage History table on /org/credits records every generation event in real-time, showing:

• Date & Timestamp of the generation.
• Action / Feature (e.g. Studio Item Render, Prompt Rule Generation).
• Credits Consumed per request.
• User / API Key responsible for the generation call.

3. Billing & Subscriptions

Navigate to Billing (/org/billing) to manage your subscription tier and payment details:

• Subscription Plans: Upgrade to higher tier plans for larger monthly credit allocations and priority GPU rendering queues.
• Credit Top-Up Packs: Purchase one-off credit bundles directly whenever your workspace runs low on credits.
• Invoice & Receipt History: Download past payment invoices processed securely via our LemonSqueezy payment gateway.

Developer API Integration

Organization administrators can track and isolate API usage per organization by passing the optional x-org-id header in HTTP requests:
